A giga session is an advanced procedure where up to 10,000+ grafts are transplanted, restoring maximum coverage and density in a single treatment plan.

Breaking the procedure into 2 days ensures patient comfort, extracting the hairs on day 1, then channelling and implantation on day 2. It also reduces fatigue for both patient and surgical team, and increases graft survival rates.

Men with advanced hair loss (Norwood 5–7) and a strong donor supply are the best candidates. Suitability is confirmed during consultation.

Each day typically lasts 6–9 hours, with breaks built in for patient comfort.

The procedure is performed under local anaesthetic. Patients are awake and comfortable throughout.
